3: How are your products priced?
Our product prices are determined by seven factors: material, size, color, surface finish, structure, quantity, and accessories. The larger the print run, the lower the unit price, and the higher the cost-effectiveness of the order.
4: What printing file formats do you accept?
We recommend using high-resolution (at least 300dpi) PDF files with embedded fonts and images, and 3mm bleed. There are no specific restrictions on the print file format; PS/PDF/AI are all acceptable, but AI and PDF formats are preferred.
5: What shipping options are available?
We offer air freight, sea freight, and express delivery services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DDP Air Freight, DDP Sea Freight). Our team will recommend the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method based on your delivery time and budget.
6. What is the difference between RGB and CMYK color formats?
RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is a screen color display mode used for computers, mobile phones, web pages, and electronic previews. It relies on light mixing to display colors, resulting in bright colors, and is only used for electronic screen displays; the vibrant colors of RGB on screen cannot be fully reproduced in printed paper.
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is a printing mode specifically for physical printing, suitable for children's picture books, hardcover books, and other paper printing. It relies on ink mixing to display colors, resulting in softer colors in the printed product compared to the screen, and is a globally unified standard in the printing industry. Final printed files must use the CMYK format.
7. Do you use sustainable and environmentally friendly materials?
Yes. Our products use FSC-certified recycled paper and, wherever possible, biodegradable soybean-based inks.

Book production typically takes 10-15 days after the final files are confirmed, with the fastest being within 7 days. The specific timeline depends on the order quantity, binding method, design complexity, and printing process. Shipping time will vary depending on your requirements, destination, and chosen shipping method.
12. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom book printing?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) usually starts at 100 copies. Since we use offset printing technology for bulk printing, we recommend starting with 500 copies for a more favorable unit price and better results.
For more complex designs, the MOQ will vary depending on the function. For example, interactive whiteboards (such as page-turning, cutout windows): 500 copies; pop-up, sliding, or sound whiteboards: 1,000 copies.
