The printed large-format sheets will be precisely folded according to the book's format and page number order using professional folding equipment, forming standard and neat book blocks. This ensures correct folding, aligned page numbers, and a flat, wrinkle-free surface. After folding, a systematic collating process is performed, integrating all book blocks in sequence to form a complete book block, effectively reducing the probability of missing pages, duplicate pages, and misaligned page numbers. Subsequently, fully automated computer-controlled micro-adjustment cutting equipment is used to refine the four sides of the finished product, precisely controlling the cutting error within ±0.5mm. This effectively removes rough edges and excess margins, resulting in smooth, flat cuts, standardized dimensions, and avoiding skewed cutting or cutting into text and images, ensuring a neat and standardized finished product.
