Design & file review

As the first core step in book printing production, the prepress team is responsible for comprehensive file review, layout optimization, and sample confirmation, controlling the overall quality from the source. We strictly verify all standard parameters of the printing files, uniformly set the CMYK color mode, reserve standard bleed areas, and ensure image resolution ≥300 DPI, effectively avoiding common problems such as white gaps, blurry images and text, and cropping misalignment. To ensure accurate final results, we provide dual proofing services: digital proofs allow for quick color and layout verification, efficiently confirming the design effect; mass-production samples accurately reproduce paper texture, ink color, and binding structure, providing precise and reliable production standards for mass production.
