Pre-press plate making

The finalized file will be digitally plated using high-precision CTP direct plate-making technology, enabling 100% high-fidelity transfer of the original design to the metal printing plate, presenting a delicate and stable printing base. Compared to traditional plate-making methods, CTP technology produces clean, sharp lines and precise, even dot distribution, perfectly reproducing high-precision content such as small print, detailed illustrations, and gradient details in books, ensuring clear, delicate, and richly textured images. During plate-making, staff standardize the imposition layout, reasonably reserving space for gripper edges, trim lines, and binding positions, and completing plate self-inspection, sorting, and ink compatibility adjustments, providing a stable and accurate foundation for subsequent printing.
