The entire batch printing process utilizes imported high-end printing equipment from Heidelberg and other manufacturers. The equipment operates stably and has high registration accuracy, meeting the needs of large-volume, high-quality book printing. The production line is equipped with a CIP4 digital intelligent workflow and a fully automatic color scanning and control system, which monitors and fine-tunes ink concentration, printing pressure, and registration accuracy in real time. Production strictly adheres to Pantone spot color standards and original design color tones, automatically correcting color deviations to ensure uniform color across every page of the entire batch of books, minimizing batch-to-batch color differences, and achieving a high degree of consistency between the bulk production quality and the confirmed sample. Continuous random inspection throughout the production process promptly identifies and eliminates minor defects such as missing prints, smudges, and registration misalignment, ensuring consistent product quality.
